Refund & Cancellation Policy

All donations made to the Trust (through the website, mobile application, or directly) are treated as final and non-refundable.

Donations are exempt from cancellation once successfully processed.

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• If the donor made a duplicate donation by mistake.
• If the donor’s card/account was charged more than once due to a technical error.
• If there is a fraudulent transaction not initiated by the donor.

In such cases, donors are required to email us within 7 working days of the transaction, along with:

• Full Name
• Transaction ID / Payment Receipt
• Donation Date & Amount

All valid refund requests will be processed after internal verification.

Refunds (if approved) will be credited back through the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the donor’s bank/payment provider.

Any transaction fees, bank charges, or Razorpay processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may request cancellation by contacting us at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment.
