• All donations made to the Trust are voluntary contributions used solely for charitable, religious, and social welfare purposes.
• Once a donation is successfully made, it is considered final and non-refundable, except in special cases outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Donors must provide accurate personal details (Name, Email, Mobile Number) for proper acknowledgment and receipts.

Donations will be used by the Trust for activities related to Mandir operations, Ashram services, healthcare, rehabilitation, community welfare, and other charitable purposes.

We maintain transparent records in accordance with applicable laws.

• We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway for processing donations.
• We do not store or have access to donor financial details such as credit/debit card numbers, UPI, or bank account information.
• All payment-related issues are subject to Razorpay’s terms and conditions.

• Donations may be eligible for tax exemption under applicable sections of the Income Tax Act (India).
• Official receipts will be issued via email or other means after a successful donation.

When using our website/app, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use our platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

All content, images, text, logos, and materials on our website/app are the property of M.R.S Shree Krishna Pranami Sewa Dham Trust and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.

While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from use of our website/app, technical errors, or payment gateway issues.

Our maximum liability, if any, will be limited to the donation amount made by the donor.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jharkhand, India.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website/app with a revised “Effective Date.”
